A process where most buyers only ever had luck. Here’s exactly what happens after you fill in the form.

Qualify
One conversation, by phone, Zoom or in person. We go through what you want to buy, your budget, your timing and what really matters to you. I read it back so we both know the brief is right. If your budget doesn’t fit the area, you’ll hear it here, not on your sixth wrong viewing.

Match
I introduce you to the agent, or agents, who specialise in exactly what you are buying. Not the nearest office or the busiest name: the specialist for your criteria, chosen from agents who have passed my service standard.

Guide
Viewings and the purchase run from there, and I stay with you through all of it. Questions, second opinions, the moment you’re unsure: you’re never making the decision alone.
How I’m paid, plainly
Free for you. Here’s exactly why.
You never pay me a fee, a percentage or a retainer. If you buy through an agent I introduced, that agent pays me a share of their commission. If you don’t buy, nobody pays me anything.
That means I earn when you buy. I’d rather you hear that from me than work it out yourself. These are the rules I hold myself to:
I only take you on if I can genuinely help. If I can’t make a match I’d trust with my own family, I’ll tell you in the first call.
I’ll tell you when your brief doesn’t fit your budget, even if that means you don’t buy this year.
I never push you towards a property or a price. Which home, and what you offer, is your decision.

Who I match you with
Only agents who pass the standard.
Every agent in my network has been through AgentIQ, my service assessment: 32 real situations a buyer runs into, from the first enquiry to the final signature, measured against international best practice. Only agents who score [SCORE] or above get an introduction from me. Most agents in Malta never reach it.
It’s how I can say an agent is right for you and mean it. I’ve checked, not guessed.
