FAQ

Straight answers

If your question isn’t here, ask me on the call. That’s what it’s for.

Is it really free?

Yes. You never pay me anything. If you buy through an agent I introduced, the agent pays me a share of their commission. If you don’t buy, nobody pays.

Are you on my side, or the agent’s?

The agent I introduce usually acts for the seller; that’s how Malta works. My job is to make sure the agent is right for you and to be the person you can ask for a straight answer at any point. I’m paid when you buy, which is why I’ve published the rules I hold myself to.

Why not just call an agent from a listing?

You can. But the agent on a listing is there for that property, not for your search, and may not know the area you want. Matching on specialisation is what saves you the weeks of testing agents.

I’m buying from abroad. Can you still help?

Yes. The first call can be on Zoom or WhatsApp, and I’ll explain how buying works in Malta for your situation before anything moves.

Do I have to use the agent you introduce?

No. If the match doesn’t feel right, tell me and I’ll explain my reasoning or suggest someone else.

How long does it take?

I don’t promise a timeline, because every buyer’s situation is different and a date I can’t control is a promise I can’t keep. What I can tell you: matched buyers typically find the right property within seven to eleven viewings.

What do you need from me?

One conversation. What you want to buy, your budget, your timing and what matters to you. That’s it.

Tell me what you’re buying or renting.

Four questions, about a minute. If I can help, I’ll introduce you to the right agent. If I can’t, I’ll tell you that too.

I work with buyers from €375,000 on a purchase, or €2,500 a month on a rental. Below that, the form will point you to an agent I trust.
