I started in real estate at eighteen, driving a Renault 5, with a baby face and a copy of How to Win Friends and Influence People. Two decades later I was CEO of RE/MAX Malta, and I had trained hundreds of agents in how to serve a client properly.
From that seat I saw the buyer’s side of the market clearly, and it wasn’t good. Buyers came in with money and intent and left with anxiety and regret. They spent weeks working out whether the agent in front of them was any good, and sometimes lost the home they wanted while they hesitated.
The problem was never that good agents don’t exist. Malta has excellent ones; I trained and worked with many of them. The problem was that buyers had no way to find them.
So I built the service that closes that gap. One conversation to understand exactly what you are buying. An introduction to the agent who specialises in it, from agents who have passed my standard. Then I stay with you until you sign.
